Nick Brien is the CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Americas and US. In his role, Nick is committed to creating innovative marketing solutions for clients that drive superior business performance.

Nick brings with him over 30 years’ industry experience in a number of leading global roles, including CEO McCann Worldgroup and recently as Global CEO of iCrossing and President of Hearst Magazines Marketing Services. Throughout his career, Nick has held leadership positions at IPG Mediabrands, Arc Worldwide, Leo Burnett and Starcom working with global marketers, such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Nestle, L’Oreal, Intel, Mastercard, General Motors, IKEA and American Airlines.  

Nick was educated at King’s College School, Wimbledon and graduated from the University of Arts, London in 1982.

Scott Hughes joined in 2011 as General Counsel for Dentsu Aegis Network, Americas (previously Aegis Media), from CDC Software where he worked as Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Aegis Media, Scott was an attorney with the law firms of Duane Morris LLP and Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. Scott offers legal work experience across multiple industries and jurisdictions for both public and private companies. Scott’s experience as a corporate generalist encompasses strong international experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate law.

As the Regional Communications Director, Belle leads all communications efforts across Dentsu Aegis Network Americas, including corporate communications, partnership development, internal communications and change management initiatives, and network activations at global and regional tentpole events. Oversee network's regional digital communications strategy, including social media and custom content creation.

Doug Ray

Doug Ray is President, Product and Innovation of Dentsu Aegis Network U.S., and leads the development of integrated, tailored client solutions that leverage the full suite of capabilities from across the network.

Previously, Doug was the U.S. CEO of Carat, Dentsu Aegis Network’s flagship media network. Under Doug's leadership, Carat more than doubled in size & revenue by focusing his innovation agenda on people, product and clients. During his tenure, the agency added and retained clients such as General Motors, Macy’s, Mastercard, Diageo, Mondelez and P&G. 

Doug also served as Carat's first Global President from 2012 - 2015.

Doug Schmidt is the CIO, Americas for Dentsu Aegis Network and based out of New York, USA. Doug is responsible for Information Technology across the Americas Region which includes application development, core platforms, technology architecture, data, media systems, enterprise applications, network, and infrastructure.  He works tirelessly to drive performance, agility, and speed for the business through technology.

As Chief Commercial Officer for Dentsu Aegis Network US, Christian is responsible for leading the commercial agenda across the group and a key enabler of the group's strategy. Christian’s focus is leveraging the commercial opportunities across our group’s $14.8 billion billings and driving collaboration between the more than 9,500 people working across 21 US agencies. With more than a decade of experience at Dentsu Aegis Network, Christian was most recently Group Commercial Director, overseeing organic client growth and strategy. Through his efforts, collaboration amongst the network's agencies went up seven-fold, contributing significantly to the group's market-leading performance. Prior, Christian was CEO of Posterscope and PS Live Denmark, which under his leadership doubled in size in three years. Sitting on their Board of Directors, Christian also worked extensively with the Dentsu Aegis Network Operating Model in the Nordic countries, doubling the group’s collective market share to close to 30 percent.

Dave Wein is the CFO of Dentsu Aegis Network Americas with responsibility for all financial matters and compliance across the region in addition to being a key member of the regional management team.  Dave also leads acquisition activity.  Dave is based in New York and has been with the Company since July 2010, prior to which he worked for United Business Media PLC and Ernst & Young working with media and agency clients.

As Global Chief Marketing Officer for Dentsu Aegis Network in the America’s, Donna Wiederkehr is responsible for driving growth and ensuring key influencers know why we are better and different.
Donna has been a part of the leadership team that has reshaped Carat’s market position by helping to win pitches worth over $6B in the past 3 years. This momentum resulted in Carat being named of Agency of the Year by Ad Age and MediaPost in 2012 and 2013. She has been a driver in getting Vizeum on the map in the US, transitioning key clients like Microsoft and Reckitt Benckiser.
