Digital Innovation Grows Brand Awareness, Drives Sales

Premium coffee brand Nespresso teamed up with Merkle to develop data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase sales in the US. In addition to online sales, the goal was to increase brand awareness and engagement, mobile usage, and website traffic. Impressive results included first-year US revenue growth of 50%, with a 165% increase in search engine conversions through remarketing.
