Nick joined Aegis Media in March 2010 as CEO Aegis Media Asia Pacific and post acquisition became CEO of the Asia Pacific region for Dentsu Aegis Network. Prior to this, Nick held a range of senior management roles across Europe and Asia at Mindshare, including CEO of Southeast Asia (2001-2005), CEO of Asia Pacific (2005-2006), and CEO of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (2006-2010). Prior to that, Nick worked in the media team at Ogilvy.

Phil is a veteran in the advertising industry with over 25 years’ experience in advertising and media agencies, spanning different roles in leading assignments for some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated advertisers. Phil joined Aegis Media China in March 2014 as Chief Executive Officer, before his appointment as Group Managing Director Dentsu Aegis Network China, overseeing the group’s performance and growth in the China market and further improving the group’s offering for both local and international brand marketers by delivering the most cutting-edge capabilities and services. In  2018, Phil was promoted to CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Southeast Asia to lead and oversee SEA the business.

Dick joined Dentsu Network Asia in 2012 as the first non-Japanese head of the region helping in the transformation journey towards building the first ever Global Communications Group born out of Asia. Following the acquisition of Aegis Media by Dentsu Inc., Dick was asked to lead the Southeast Asia operations for the newly formed Dentsu Aegis Network, a purposely different network, built for the Digital age. In that capacity, he headed up both the former Dentsu and Aegis assets, comprising of 35 operations and more than 1,700 people across our brands. In January 2018, Dick was promoted to helm Dentsu's creative agencies as Global and Asia Pacific President.

Mitsuyuki has been engaged in marketing and communication business covering numerous categories of responsibility, especially related to “media,” “content” and “platform-development” business, as a buyer, planner and producer. He has raised the bar of branded entertainment and content business in Dentsu HQ, contributing to all major platforms as television, movies, events, digital and sports marketing. At the same time, as a holistic communication designer, he has realised successful masterpieces of work with Coca-Cola, Sony, Hermes, Toyota, Uniqlo, ANA, Kao and many other international clients.

Sunil joined the group in 2008, as Regional Head of Investment Management for the Asia Pacific region. He currently heads up the Amplifi brand across the APAC region, which includes media investment management, media partnerships, programmatic buying (AMNET) and content (The Story Lab). Sunil started his first role in India in media research, before moving to media planning, communication planning, client management, new business development and trading, with roles at country level as well as regional level. Besides work, he is passionate about nurturing young talent, and has been working as a mentor for students at Singapore Management University as part of their SMARKETING CMO Mentorship program.

Joanna has over 18 years’ experience in the Americas, Western and Eastern Europe and most recently Asia Pacific where she spent the last 9 years managing sales and marketing teams, building trusted advisor relationships with multinational companies and managing high impact change initiatives. Joanna has driven data and insight-led sales and marketing solutions to grow businesses throughout her career at blue chip companies such as Google, American Express and Starwood.

Jane Lin-Baden joined Isobar China in 2007 as Managing Partner when she folded her agency into what was then known as wwwins Consulting. In May 2013, she was promoted to CEO of Isobar China Group, and subsequently CEO of Isobar Asia Pacific in June 2016. Under her leadership, Isobar China Group has seen a six-fold increase over the last four years and is one of the fastest-growing and most established digital agencies in China in terms of revenue, awards and reputation. She currently leads the regional team and drives strategic growth to expand Isobar’s capabilities and accelerate business growth throughout the region with more than 2,000 digital talents. Jane has over 17 years’ industry experience in technology and digital marketing for both start-ups and agencies.

Duncan joined Dentsu Aegis Network in January 2011 as Managing Partner, running the Nokia account across 75 markets, which at that time was the Group’s largest client. He moved to Singapore in May 2013 charged with building the Vizeum network across APAC, and establishing a regional team in Singapore. When he joined, he was Vizeum’s only regional employee, and Vizeum had no regionally managed clients. In the past three years, Vizeum APAC has grown significantly in headcount and has been appointed as agency of record for multiple iconic brands. Under Duncan's leadership, Vizeum’s revenue has almost doubled since 2013, and the regional team’s revenue has grown by a factor of 60 times.

Sean has over 20 years experience in media communications, working in global and regional management roles in London, New York, Latin America and Asia. He brings with him the added perspective of having run a full-service advertising agency and a branding consultancy. Sean is a qualified business coach, a qualified member of the ‘Chartered Institute of Marketing” and has led teams to multiple industry awards. Sean was awarded Campaign Asia Pacific Agency Head of the Year in 2012 and 2016.

Susana was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Dentsu Aegis Network China in April 2018. In her role, Susana is committed to driving business growth and bringing agency brands together through Dentsu Aegis Network’s highly collaborative approach to working with clients. She brings with her a great diversity of experience in media, digital and advertising, having held senior leadership roles in OgilvyOne, Neo@Ogilvy, and most recently CEO of PHD Asia Pacific, where she led all PHD markets in the region with a focus on building the agency's client portfolio. Susana was recently named Campaign Asia’s Regional Agency Head of the Year and has an impressive track record in business growth, client retention and award wins.

Rob joined the group in 2013 as CEO for North Asia leading Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea operations. Rob is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of extensive media experience covering strategic planning, media investment, Agency management and Global Client Leadership. He has been based in Asia since 1996.
Prior to joining Dentsu Aegis, Rob was with Mindshare, where he most recently led the US$500 million global LG Electronics business across 66 markets.

Ashish has been part of the Media, Advertising & Marketing community for the past 27 years. Currently, Chairman & CEO Dentsu Aegis Network South Asia and Chairman Posterscope & psLIVE – Asia Pacific, he was named the Media CEO of the Year (India) and Chairman of the Year (India) by the Acquisition International Business Excellence Awards during its 2014 edition. Also a member of the Dentsu Aegis Network Asia Pacific Executive Board, Mr. Bhasin was adjudged the “Media Marketer of the Year” at the Brief Media Awards.

Simon became CEO of the Dentsu Aegis Network Australia & New Zealand in 2016.  Simon’s career spans over 18 years in media with past roles at Universal McCann, Zenith Media and Mediacom. He joined Carat’s Melbourne business as Managing Director in October 2009 before being promoted to CEO of Carat Australia & New Zealand in 2013. Simon holds a Business Marketing & AFA qualifications and has received a number of industry awards in strategy and media. His passion and experience across media strategy, planning and buying extends across many categories with an overall desire to make a strong business difference to client results.

Nick joined the group in 2009 as General Counsel, leading the legal team across Asia Pacific. Nick has been instrumental in the many and various acquisitions made by the group in Asia Pacific since he joined. He has developed the group’s legal resources in the region, and leads the implementation of best practices in governance and compliance. Prior to working for Dentsu Aegis, Nick was General Counsel in Hong Kong for Reach, a global telecoms JV between Hong Kong’s PCCW and Australia’s Telstra. Nick is a New Zealander who started his legal career at Bell Gully, New Zealand’s largest law firm, before joining Vodafone in New Zealand as in-house counsel, and then moving to Hong Kong with PCCW. He has been an in-house legal professional in Asia Pacific for more than 17 years.

Kristian has worked in the communications industry for over 20 years in several businesses and roles in the UK, Australia and most recently in Asia Pacific as the CEO of Vizeum APAC. In 2017, Kristian was promoted to Chief Client Officer of Dentsu Aegis Network Asia Pacific to strengthen the network’s client-centric approach and mobilize its unique operating model to help clients gain competitive advantage in a complex marketing environment. Over his career, he has built and led businesses; developed and delivered successful communications business solutions for a range of local and global brands.

Simon is a Chartered Accountant from the UK with 15 years of post-qualified experience in a variety of professional finance roles. In 2008, Simon started his career in corporate finance at Aegis Group PLC, performing a variety of roles including Group Financial Controller and Director of Corporate Finance. Since 2015, Simon has been based in Tokyo, working alongside the Dentsu Inc. global finance team in order to foster improved integration between Dentsu and Dentsu Aegis Network. In March 2016, Simon has started a new role as Chief Financial Officer of Asia Pacific for Dentsu Aegis Network based in Tokyo.

Stephen joined the group since 2006 as CIO Pacific Region. Steve was then subsequently relocated from Australia to Singapore’s headquarter in 2011 and promoted as Chief Information Officer where he heads up the IT strategy and operations for Dentsu Aegis Network businesses with 10,000 users in 14 countries across Asia Pacific. Stephen has also worked at IMS Health, Toyota, CSC, Capital Finance and GMAC. He holds ISACA, ITIL and Microsoft certifications and scored the 2nd highest test score in 2012 CGEIT certification exam in Asia Pacific region.
